The destination was correct. The century was negotiable. These are the photographs management has so far recovered from the Princess’s vacation.

Exhibit 02 · Scenic Redevelopment
A Breathtaking View, Depending on Wind Direction
The Princess and the Prince pause to admire Niagara’s newly opened skyline, where the removal of several buildings has greatly improved the view. The evening sky glows in shades of amber and crimson, although local authorities have declined to classify the effect as a sunset.
The couple described the destination as “surprisingly peaceful,” praising the absence of queues, traffic, and anyone attempting to sell them a sightseeing package. The SkyWheel offered an especially exclusive experience, with several cabins now permanently reserved for guests comfortable with uncertainty.
The Prince called the scene “a magnificent fusion of natural beauty and deferred maintenance.” The Princess agreed, noting that after her own renovation, it was refreshing to see a major demolition project for which she bore no financial responsibility.
Both rated the excursion five stars. Management believes at least two of those may have been airborne debris.

An Unexpected Summit at the Falls
The Princess and the Prince were surprised to encounter Barack and Michelle Obama at Niagara Falls, several decades beyond everyone’s intended arrival date. Apparently, the former First Couple had booked through the same discount time-travel agency, whose promise of “a future worth visiting” was now the subject of considerable dispute.
The four bonded over the spectacular views, the lack of crowds, and the discovery that their return tickets were valid only yesterday. Michelle complimented the Princess’s dress. Barack described the Prince’s outfit as “a bold choice for a walking tour,” reopening an emotional wound previously inflicted by the gnomes.
Everyone agreed to pose for a photograph before the remaining infrastructure could affect the composition. Management has classified the encounter as an international summit, although no agreements were reached beyond finding somewhere still serving lunch.
Exhibit 06 · Lunch Survives
A Close Encounter of the Lunch Kind
The summit reconvened at the Flying Saucer Restaurant, where civilization’s collapse had affected neither the lunch service nor the bottomless coffee. The Prince asked whether the building could take them home. Their waitress said she’d check with the manager.
Exhibit 07 · Meanwhile, in the Original Timeline
His Majesty Is Still on the Clock
After lunch with the Obamas, the Princess and the Prince became considerably more motivated to find their way home—and back to their original time. Their dog was patiently awaiting their return at the PetsHotel at PetSmart, and neither was prepared to dispute several centuries of additional boarding fees.
His Majesty, meanwhile, appeared perfectly comfortable. He had accepted the accommodations, established authority over the squeaky toys, and saw no reason to concern himself with financial matters traditionally handled by his subjects.
Additional vacation photographs are pending recovery from the timeline. Please retain your ticket until all centuries have been accounted for.
